General Return Conditions and Right of Withdrawal – Natura Garden

At Natura Garden, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products. However, if you wish to return a product, you benefit from a free right of withdrawal and a return policy under the conditions detailed below.

1. Return Period and Free Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current regulations, you have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification and with free return shipping.

  • Withdrawal cases:
    • You change your mind and wish to return the product.
    • Return costs are covered by Natura Garden.
  • Return cases for defective product or order error:
    • If the product received is defective or does not match your order, Natura Garden covers the return costs.

2. Return Acceptance Conditions

Returned products must strictly meet the following conditions:

  • New and unused
  • In their original intact packaging
  • Unopened and without alteration of the security seal
  • Accompanied by the purchase invoice

If these conditions are not met, Natura Garden reserves the right to refuse the return.

3. Eligible Products and Exceptions

We accept returns in the following cases:

  • Defective or damaged products received upon delivery
  • Order errors (incorrect product)
  • Withdrawal within 14 days

Non-eligible return products:

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Products whose packaging has been damaged by the customer
  • Discounted or final sale products

4. Return Procedure

Step 1: Return Request

Contact our Customer Service by email at relationclients@natura-garden.tn or by phone at (+216) 20 130 051 specifying:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for return
  • A photo of the concerned product (if returning for defect or order error)

Step 2: Product Shipping

  • Once your request is validated, return the product via Aramex to the address provided.

Step 3: Verification and Refund

  • Once the product is received and inspected, we will inform you whether the return is accepted.
  • If the return is approved, you will have the choice between:
    • A refund to your original payment method
    • An exchange for another product
  • The refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after validation.
